Winter Benefit Premiums and Coverage for Part-Time Faculty
Part-time faculty covered by group health benefits in the fall semester will be responsible for employee premium portion between the last check of the semester and the start of the spring semester. Faculty members have the following options:
- One lump sum payment in full for the period of December and January OR
- Pay full arrears on the first pay check in the spring semester
Payments can be made via check to LMU and sent to:

Failure to submit payments on time may lead to benefit coverage cancellation.
Reminder: Part-time faculty who expect a change in personal status - such as marriage, adoption, divorce, or similar - should contact SJ Ozono or Jocelyn Lai promptly to understand how it may affect their insurance benefits.
Email reminders will be sent to part-time faculty outlining the payment amount required. This information is also available in Workday under the Benefits section.
