Abby Normandin, B.S.
Abby just moved to California from Colorado. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, with a minor in Individual and Family Development from Seattle Pacific University. After college, she spent a few years splitting seasons, working winters in Breckenridge, CO with young kids and summers cooking for those with food allergies or restrictions at a youth camp in Pennsylvania. After moving out of the mountains she joined the University of Denver where she worked as a toddler teacher for several years. Now she is very excited to bring her passion for early childhood education to the LMUCC community and explore all that California has to offer.
