Mixed Roots Collective

The Mixed Roots Collective (MRC) is a voluntary group dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive community for individuals who identify with the mixed-race and/or transracially adopted experience, or who otherwise feel they have lived as "the other." The goals of MRC include:

•    Providing resources and spaces for professional and personal development.
•    Facilitating community events and discussions to enhance understanding of diverse experiences.
•    Showcasing the unique contributions of MRC members and their communities.
•    Promoting awareness of mixed-race and transracial adoption identities within the broader campus community.
•    Other activities aimed at fostering connections and community among members and allies.
