Maureen Morrison, A.A.

Maureen earned her A.A. in Child Development from Santa Monica College and went on to receive both her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Educational Psychology from CSUN, with a focus on children under the age of eight. Maureen taught preschool for seven years before transitioning to higher education, where she taught Early Childhood Education courses at Santa Monica College. She has also served as director at several local preschools, gaining valuable insight and leadership experience. Her deep commitment to the Reggio Emilia approach is evident in her extensive study of early learning centers across 23 cities in the U.S., Canada, Italy, Nicaragua, Sweden, and Finland.
