Cecilia Castellon, A.A.
Cecilia has been working in the field of Early Childhood Education since 1994. She worked at the USC Child Care Center for fifteen years as an Infant/Toddler Teacher, and then as Curriculum Coordinator. Cecilia also had the opportunity to work for 4 ½ years at The Disney Children’s Center (Glendale) as an Infant/Toddler Teacher. She is fluent in Spanish and loves to expose the children to her native language and culture. She loves creating learning environments that are warm and inviting for the children and their parents. She is also a very hands-on person and is not afraid of messy activities or bugs. Ten years ago, Cecilia became an Outdoor Specialist through the Outdoor Classroom Project. She has her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
