In-Person/Virtual Classes

We offer a variety of invigorating mind/body/spirit virtual and in-person well-being classes from Monday to Friday. Our classes include Facial Yoga, Outdoor Yoga, Guided Meditation, Sound Baths, Core Conditioning and Stretch, and more! Each class is led by a certified professional, and all levels and abilities are welcome.

Facial Yoga

A class that focuses on exercises and techniques to tone and rejuvenate the facial muscles.

Chair Yoga - Back, Neck, and Shoulder Pain

A gentle form of yoga practiced while seated, designed to improve flexibility and strength for those with limited mobility.

Guided Meditation

A practice that involves quieting the mind and cultivating mindfulness to reduce stress and promote overall well-being. 

Breathwork

A class that explores various breathing techniques to enhance relaxation, increase energy, and improve mental clarity.

Tai Chi

An ancient Chinese martial art characterized by slow, flowing movements that promote balance, flexibility, and inner calm.

Sound Bath

A meditative experience where participants lie down and immerse themselves in the soothing sounds of various instruments to promote relaxation and healing.

Yoga Nidra

A guided relaxation practice that induces a state of deep relaxation while maintaining awareness, helping to reduce stress and improve sleep.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation Techniques

A class that teaches systematic muscle relaxation exercises to alleviate tension, stress, and promote overall relaxation. 

Yoga

A practice that combines physical postures, breath control, and meditation to improve strength, flexibility, and mental well-being.

Outdoor Bootcamp

A fitness class conducted outdoors, typically involving a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and teamwork.
