Eligibility Requirements
To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable shared lodging environment, guests must be at least 18 years old and provide valid proof of age. To complete a reservation, you must also meet one of the following requirements:
- A currently enrolled student from another college/university
- An Intern or Professional working in the Los Angeles area
- Here for summer classes, campus tours, activities, or events at LMU
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Proof of eligibility (e.g., valid Student ID) is required at check-in.
- Payment: Full payment for the entire reservation is due prior to check-in. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).
- Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
- No-Shows: Reservations not honored without notice will be charged one night’s stay.
- Check-In: 3:00 pm / Check-Out: 11:00 am
- Length of Stay: Minimum of 30 days.
