The executive sponsors of this initiative are Executive Vice President and Provost Thomas Poon and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Rosemarie Rae, and the committee consists of three subcommittees: Faculty, Staff, and Benefits. The committees will be chaired by Nancy Pluzdrak, Vice President of Human Resources.

Faculty Subcommittee

The faculty subcommittee is charged with developing recommendations on implementation methodologies, including guiding principles and process improvements that create consistency and equity for faculty compensation within this initiative. The faculty subcommittee members are:

Staff Subcommittee

The staff committee is charged with developing implementation methodologies that include principles and process improvements for how we create consistency in staff annual performance appraisals, merit and equity increases, and benefits. The staff subcommittee members are:

The benefits subcommittee is charged with working with the HR benefits consultant (Willis Towers Watson) in reviewing the benchmark data and recommendations to formulate a final recommendation for senior leadership to consider. The benefits subcommittee members are:
