Your LMU Guest OneCard allows access to your housing accommodations, laundry facility, and designated dining locations. For your safety and security, do not loan your key to anyone.
Remember to close and lock your room door every time you leave. Contact our office immediately if you lose or damage your card. Note: There is a fee for lost or damaged cards.
OneCard Funds
To deposit money onto your OneCard, you can visit the OneCard machines on campus and enter the ID that is on your keycard envelope. Funds can be used for laundry machines, the LMU bookstore, food stores on campus, and various other places. All deposits are non-refundable.
There are also several cash to card locations where you may add money to your card:
- Founders Pavilion
- William H. Hannon Library
- Malone Student Center, by The Lion's Den and by the stairs on the lower level
- University Hall, across the atrium from the Parking Office elevator lobby on the first floor
- Hannon Apartments, near the laundry facilities
- Leavey 5 Apartments, to the left after walking off of LaVecke Bridge from University Hall
