Residence Hall/Apartment Access
The residence hall main entrances are secured 24 hours a day. Access may be gained only at the main entrance of each residence hall/apartment by using your OneCard. For your safety, do not prop open the main entrance or exit doors, or allow persons without access cards to enter the building.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 11 a.m. Your OneCard will expire at that time on the last day of your conference.
Lock Outs/Lost OneCards
Guests who lock themselves out of their rooms can contact our office at 310-338-2975 to regain access. It is also important to contact our office if your OneCard is lost or stolen. A photo I.D. must be shown to regain access or obtain a new OneCard.
Room Changes
Room changes can only be granted by the lead conference coordinator and with the approval of the Conference and Event Services staff. Switching room keys without permission is not permitted.
