The Internet can be accessed in all of the residence halls through the use of your personal laptop with a self-installed Ethernet card and network cable. Wireless access is also available. Please view this quick guide to join the guest network. For those without their own computer, an on-campus computer lab is located in the William H. Hannon Library.

The Burn's Recreation Center is available for guest use at a fee per day or per week for all individuals 18 and over. Anyone under the age of 18 must also have a parent/guardian signed waiver. This facility includes basketball courts, workout equipment and pool.

The FedEx Office located at 4325 Glencoe Ave in Marina del Rey will accept FedEx deliveries for individuals. You can call the FedEx Office to make arrangements at (310) 827-2297.

Please report any lost or damaged key cards to the Conference & Event Services office immediately. Visit our office to have a new key card issued to you. A replacement fee will be charged to your conference for any lost or damaged cards.

For medical emergencies please visit Centinela Freeman Hospital located on 4650 Lincoln Blvd in Marina Del Rey. They can be reached at (310) 823-8911.

There is an ATM located on our campus. University Credit Union ATM is located outside of the Lair Marketplace in the Malone Student Center.

Additional linen can be requested through the Conference & Event Services office. Extra linen will be given out on a first-come, first serve basis based on inventory availability. Please reach out to Conference & Event Services for Linen cost.

Please check with your onsite conference coordinator to confirm check-out times/location (you may also call our office to find out your scheduled time). If a formal check-out has not been arranged, please drop your room key in the box located at the front of your residence hall. Those guests departing early/late will be required to come to check out at the Conference & Event Services office in Xavier Hall.

Please contact us and leave your name, the conference you attended, the building and room number in which you stayed, as well as a contact number where you can be reached. If we're able to retrieve the item that was lost, we will call you back to set up delivery or pick-up. Please note you will be required to pay shipping fees on any item that must be mailed back.
