Prior to the start of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, Moran Technology Consulting (MTC) conducted 20 workshops over several weeks with different targeted areas across LMU to understand current pain points, but more importantly, what changes to business processes they would like to see in the future. About 70 subject matter experts attended these workshops.
Utilizing LMU's intellectual capital as a starting point, MTC updated the base set of requirements to be included in the RFP to incorporate information elicited from these workshops.
The updated list of requirements was then validated by the LMU subject matter experts to create a final set of requirements. As part of the RFP process, these are the requirements which will be provided to software vendors for their response as to how they can or cannot meet the LMU requirement.
