Wellness is an active, lifelong process of becoming aware of your choices and making decisions that will help you live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Everyone's optimal wellness will be different, depending on your own need, experiences, personality and circumstances. Different aspects will fall in and out of balance as you make your way through life, however, we can try our best to maintain a balance.

Human Resources offers a variety of classes, workshops and programs that encourage and support wellness at work and at home.
We offer hundreds of programs, resources, and workshops every year. You are encouraged to participate in any of the vast programming offered here at LMU choose from private wellness coaching, university challenges, mind/body classes, fit-bit giveaways, massages at-work, ergonomic evaluations and more! All are completely complimentary for all faculty and staff. All programs are modifiable, to ensure anyone can participate despite any physical needs and/or limitations.
