Maintenance requests through SchoolDude will not be accepted. Our new online request forms are available in the MENU options under the tab “Facilities Request Form”. All work orders will continue to be tracked through SchoolDude for current and past work orders. See below for further instructions.
New Schooldude Users
Do not make a new user account in SchoolDude, the system will not allow you to submit a maintenance request so your information will not be saved.
If you are a new user and have already submitted a facilities request form through our new online forms, your account has been made. To retrieve your login information, contact our front desk at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you receive your login information, you can login by clicking here. Continue to read information under “Current Users” about your SchoolDude dashboard.
If you already have an account in SchoolDude, click here to login. Once logged in, you will see the tab “My Requests” which will track your current and past work orders.
The SchoolDude dashboard will also have a link to our website to submit your facilities request as well.
If you forget your password, you can click here to be directed to SchoolDude and simply click “Forgot Password?” link. Another option is to email email@example.com or call 310-338-7779 who can reset your password as well.
