Event Services will supervise all table and chair set-ups, including both indoor and outdoor venues. We will also supply our clients with examples of standard table set-ups. In order to comply with safety codes, table arrangements may have to be changed in order to keep doorways, walkways or emergency exits clear.
We strive to ensure that your event has suitable AV resources. We will do our best to reasonably accommodate your event technology needs, provided we have your requested equipment in stock and available at the time of your event.
