Mazevo replaced 25Live as LMU’s event scheduling software on June 27, 2022. Cloud-based, mobile-enabled, and with an interface that’s clean and intuitive to navigate, Mazevo dramatically simplifies and streamlines the event-scheduling process for LMU community members.
Campus events and room bookings can currently be made through the spring 2023 semester. Fall 2023 semester reservations will open on November 28.

Mazevo is a comprehensive event scheduling system, founded by industry veterans with nearly 100 years of combined scheduling experience. Cloud-based and PC/Mac/tablet/mobile friendly, the platform dramatically simplifies the scheduling process for both the event host and the staff coordinating logistics on the backend.
LMU had used 25Live since 1995, and was ready for an upgrade. After an exhaustive exploration process through 2021, including multiple software demonstrations and listening sessions with a variety of stakeholders and frequent users, LMU determined that Mazevo is the best fit for the bluff’s unique event needs.
You can expect the event scheduling process to be much more streamlined. The new software will adjust the submission process based on your responses, to avoid unnecessary efforts (for example, if you are simply requesting classroom space, you will have very few fields to submit, relative to someone who is hosting a conference on campus).
Log in via mymazevo.com/login using your LMU email address. Click "Add New Request" and follow the prompts to schedule an event or reserve a space.
