As of August 1, 2018, Conference & Event Services will no longer be able to accept event requests with less than 5 business days notice and change forms with less than 2 business days.
October 1, 2018 is the last day the Conference & Event Services event request form will be active. With this change, you will be required to be an active user in 25Live, the University's scheduling software.
Due to the warehouse location moving, Conference & Event Services will not be able to support any events needing general purpose equipment on June 12-13, 2019. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your event during this timeframe.
