• The Conference & Event Services office can be found on the first floor of Xavier Hall in Suite 112. Please contact us if you need more assistance.

  • The Internet can be accessed in all of the residence halls through the use of your personal laptop with a self-installed Ethernet card and network cable. Wireless access is also available. Please view this quick guide to join the guest network. For those without their own computer, an on-campus computer lab is located in the William H. Hannon Library.

  • The Burn's Recreation Center is available for guest use at a fee of $5 per day or $50 per week for all individuals 18 and over. Anyone under the age of 18 must also have a parent/guardian signed waiver. The fee must be paid individually at the Burn's Recreation Center. This facility includes basketball courts, workout equipment and pool.

  • Should you need taxi service contact either Super Shuttle at (310) 782-6600 or Yellow Cab Company at (424) 222-2222.

  • Your mail can be picked up at the Conference & Event Services office. Please have all items mailed to the following address:

    Please keep in mind that the University does not receive mail deliveries on Saturday/Sunday.

  • The FedEx Office located at 4325 Glencoe Ave in Marina del Rey will accept FedEx deliveries for individuals. You can call the FedEx Office to make arrangements at (310) 827-2297.

  • Please report any lost or damaged key cards to the Conference & Event Services office immediately. Visit our office to have a new key card issued to you. A $18.00 replacement fee will be charged to your conference for any lost or damaged cards.

  • Please contact us to report any problems.

  • For medical emergencies please visit Centinela Freeman Hospital located on 4650 Lincoln Blvd in Marina Del Rey. They can be reached at (310) 823-8911.

  • There are three ATM's located on our campus. Bank of America and University Credit Union ATMs are located outside of the Lair Marketplace in the Malone Student Center, and a Wells Fargo ATM can be found on the first floor of University Hall.

  • Additional linen can be requested through the Conference & Event Services office. Extra linen will be given out on a first-come, first serve basis based on inventory availability. The following fees will be incurred for this service:

    • Pillow: $10
    • Blanket: $20
    • Towel: $5
  • Please check with your onsite conference coordinator to confirm check-out times/location (you may also call our office to find out your scheduled time). If a formal check-out has not been arranged, please drop your room key in the box located at the front of your residence hall. Those guests departing early/late will be required to come to check out at the Conference & Event Services office in Xavier Hall.

  • Please contact us and leave your name, the conference you attended, the building and room number in which you stayed, as well as a contact number where you can be reached. If we're able to retrieve the item that was lost, we will call you back to set up delivery or pick-up. Please note you will be required to pay shipping fees on any item that must be mailed back.
