Paid parking and parking assignments are enforced Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm. CVC Regulations and timed spaces are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking and Transportation strongly suggests that all drivers review the University's Rules and Policies before parking. Vehicles not in compliance may be cited and/or towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

The University cooperates with local, state, and federal agencies. Vehicles found in violation of such agencies' regulations and policies are subject to their independent enforcement as they would be on any public street.

Changes to Loyola Law School Parking

Loyola Law School (LLS) has implemented an automated parking system similar to that at malls/public parking areas whereby a visitor pulls a ticket and then either (1) gets a validation or (2) pays upon exit with a credit card. LLS faculty, staff, and students that pay for parking at the LLS campus will still use their normal parking card. Westchester faculty, staff or students that pay for parking at the Westchester Campus that need to visit the LLS campus should pull a ticket upon entrance and then get validation at the Information Center on the first floor of the Burns Building by showing their One Card. Westchester drivers who come to LLS frequently and would prefer to get a LLS parking card should see Esther in Campus Planning on the second floor of the Founders Hall building.
