This program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. We try to have maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time while having fun doing it.

    During this ultimate warrior workout, you'll strike, punch, and kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Designed to teach focus, concentration, muscle development, and balance. Learn how to protect yourself through learning different styles of self-defense. Our Martial Arts classes are both helpful and enjoyable.

  • Cardio Dance

    This class concentrates on cardio through various dance choreography that will tighten up your entire body. Come out to energize your body and have fun!

  • Meditation

    Calm your mind, settle your body, and find a softer focus to your day. Become in control with our centering and active Mediation Classes. Through this guided meditation, you will achieve a greater sense of awareness and relaxation. 

  • Gentle Flow Yoga

    Gentle Flow combines yoga postures, breathing, and meditation without sweating. This class builds flexibility and strength leaving you to release stress and tension while increasing energy. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves, and poses to music create a holistic workout, that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
