Event Services staff is available to consult with the university community in the planning and execution of official events of all kinds, including advising on event-related university policies and procedures, event logistics, and recommending vendors for equipment when university resources are not available. An Event Manager will be assigned to reservations that meet basic requirements for such assignments.
General Guidelines for Event Manager Assignments
Our experienced Event Manager staff is happy to assist you with logistical planning, should your event meet one or more of the following requirements:
- A total head count of 250+ or more guests
- Any event occurring in the following venues:
- Burns Backcourt (non-recreational)
- Roski Dining Room
- LSB 120
Special requests for Event Manager assignments to events not meeting the above guidelines can be submitted for consideration to the Event Services Office. Assignment for these requests is not guaranteed and will be based on the availability of our Event Manager team.
